work all day.

I've been going to the gym religiously for the past 6 months 5-6 times a week and really push myself. I've also dramatically cut out alcohol from my diet, all processed foods and sugars, and really eased back on carbs; rarely having bread or pasta. Every day i take supplements. I'm on Green Viberance Powder, Vegan Whey Powder, Vitamins B1, A and D, Fish Oil or Cod Liver Oil and l Glutimine. I eat really one "solid" meal a day, usually lunch, in the mornings I usually make a power smoothie that heavily consist of vegetables, green tea and a very small hand full of fruit. At night i do the same but usually have a snack with it that consist of raw protein (meat or nutts) and a small veg. As a result i've put on quite a bit of size (for my frame) and have stayed the same weight throughout (120lbs respectively).
